Petroleum Services U.K. which was renamed Harps U.K. Ltd for better corporate identity and Harps Holdings Nigeria, we remain committed to our corporate responsibility to our clients, our people, our environment and the communities we operate in.

Our investments are managed via our corporate vehicles based on the geographic location of the investment. We have been very excited by our investments in the banking sector which has impacted positively on our various business interests. Our most recent investments in the Biotechnology sector has been just as exciting and gives us even more of an opportunity to increase the ways in which we continue to touch the lives of our clients.

HARPS Holdings Nigeria is the primary vehicle for the management of the companies within the group in Nigeria and it oversees and coordinates the group’s shared services as well as the group’s diverse investments.

HARPS UK is the primary vehicle for the group’s corporate finance and petroleum trading operations as well as providing back room services for most of the group companies. Harps UK is also focused on managing the group’s relationships with its international partners, mostly based in Europe.
