HEALTH POLICY

HARPS and all its related companies are committed to the health of all her employees and
our operation is strictly governed by the following policy;

“HARPS and all of its subsidiary Companies shall always provide a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and contractors with adequate facilities and appropriate protective equipment “

It is the company’s objective to ensure a zero – record of injuries, accidents or fatalities in all our
operations. To achieve this, top management ensures that all operations are adequately planned,
potential hazards identified and analyzed, and measures to prevent , control and restrict associated risks implemented.

Also, an adequate provision has been made available to access health clinics, take good care of all
staffs and for medical services in the event of emergencies and medical evacuation.
