SECURITY POLICY

HARPS and all its related companies are committed to the security of all her assets, staffs, records and information regarded as company’s sole property. The policy also applies to all assets (tangible and intangible) of clients for which we have undertaken to render services.

It is the duty of employees to ensure that company’s properties are adequately secured against theft, fire and material damages. Also, employees are to ensure that company’s information wealth, assets are not disclosed to a third party without due authorization from management.

Top management is committed to provision of adequate control and monitoring mechanism for compliance to this policy.
